This afternoon I called on Mr. Shepherd of the
City Park Department in regard to a life-guarding job.
He asked me to get references from as many persons as
possible and as he said that he is acquainted with you,
I thought that you might write him. He has his offices
in the Kansas City,Missouri City Hall.

As he is to talk to me again Monday morning it
is important that he be contacted immediately. If you
