Dear Dr. Allen:

In accordance with our conversation of
last summer,-I am writing to ask that I be given con-
sideration should a a arise in your Physical
ee ation Departmen’. I shall have my work for a

oint Master's ¥egree in Banestion and Physical Edu-
ere completed at the University of Wisconsin next
summer. My twelve years of experience in high school
work should be very helpful in training studehts whose
first teaching assignment is usually on the high school
level. Of course, I am still interested in coaching, ;
particularly football and track and would be glad to
be of service wherever I might be used,

We have had another fine year here at
Junetion City, and I presume that I could remain here
for several years. As high school jobs go, 1 think i
have one of the best in the State, but if I am going
to advance, I feel that I must make a break within the
next few years.

young son. We are quite proud of him, of course.

We are pulling strong for you to coiie
through with another Big 5ix championship. JI know you
can take those Tigers at Lawrence.
