Dear Doc:

@lenn Zile, captain of my basketball team,
here, last year, recently talked to me about the ~
possibility of his coming to K. Ue this year, if
he could find some work.

Zile is about six feet two inches, and weighs
one hundred and seventy pounds. He pleyed guard
end center for m, and was a strong defensive mane
He also played football, an ende

I think he plans to have about two hundred
dollars saved by the time school starts, and other
than thet he will have to work his way. Heis an
experienced meat culter.

I am vlanningto be «t the coaching school in Topeka
the week of the 23d, and he is plenning to drive down
some dey that week end have me come over to Lawrence
to look things over.liebd like to see you then if
you're there. I'll appreciate anything you can do
