homa manages to defeat the Jay-
hawkers, then Oklahoma, the
Jayhawkers and. Missouri will
be tied — first.

the boys and built such high
hopes for the finish of their first
season causes Hap to be much
concerned over what may hap-
pen if the boys fail to get there.

And it’s possible that they
won't get there, in spite of their
ardent effort that doesn’t end
when they leave the ice.

Each and every member of
the squad thinks of little ‘else
than the games remaining. Each
and every member directs his
daily life toward the single goal
—the playoffs.

One large factor that is like-
ly to count in the Knights’ favor
is their superb physical condi-
tion.

We're going to be happy if the
boys qualify for the post-season

still feel mighty kindly toward

ation, a new interest.

We want ’em back next year.
