JOHN S. DAWSON CHIEF JUSTICE W. W. HARVEY E. E. CLARK, CLERK S. E. ELSE. REPORTER WM. EASTON HUTCHISON HUGO T. WEDELL Reema of Kansas JUSTICES 2 Che Supreme Court _wy ty 5.4 Topeka September 16, 1937 Dr. F. C. Allen, Kansas University, Lawrence, Kansas. Dear Phog: I don't know whether you will be able to send me two compli- mentary tickets to the football game this year or not. If you can I would like to have five reserved; that is, I'll pay for three and take the two that you give me. If you can't follow the practice that has been followed in the past I'll take four and pay for them. You may be sure that whatever your practice is will be satisfactory to me. Your treatment in the past has been so awfully fine that nothing you could do would lessen my high regard for you and my enthusiasm for the team. I bought a membership in the University Relays Club from Will J. Miller the other daye I understood from Mr. Miller that this would entitle me to two tickets to some one of the foot- ball games. If that is true, I believe I will take two tickets to the Kansas State College game. If this can be worked out I am going to try to get Marion and Willard Mayberry to come up and see that game and spend the week end with us. WAS :H Very truly yours, Miia daltl #
