Dear Louis:

I have just received a letter from AsE, Eilers saying
that our Conference of Basketball Coaches are having their intere
pretation meeting in Kansas City, on Saturday and Sunday, December
7 and &= Their tentative plans are to meet Saturday afternoon
with the hope of finishing up by Sunday afternoons

Should we plan to meet with their coaches, say Sunday
and have our interpretation meeting Saturday night?

We could then have the open interpretation meeting Sunday after-
noon and the coaches who would want to get away could do so without

This would be the scheme of things if everybody is agres-
ables Barly Sunday morning they meet with the Missouri Valley coaches;
Sunday afternoon the open meeting of the Fifth District. We could
arrange it thuss Saturday morning and afternoon the Big»Six coaches
meet; Saturday evening, conference with Missouri Valley and Big-Six;
Sunday morning, open meetinge ‘That would enable us to leave by noon
Sundays

Please write me at your early convenience so that I can
again correspond with you and we can set up some sort of meeting
that will be agreeable to everybody concerned.
