Dear Doc:

I just received your letter relative to the
possibility of our meeting in Kansas City on December 7th
and &th.

I would be unable to meet on December 7th, as
we are playing here that night, and are playing in
Minneapolis on Monday, December 9th. This would mean, of
course, that I would have to leave here on December 8th.

I could meet with you a week earlier, on Saturday,
November 30th, or on Sunday, December lst. If you feel that
this isn't feasible, you five men could meet on December 7th
without me.

Kindly let me know at your earliest convenience
