The Official Scorer is to be a member ofthe athletic depart- ment of the host institution. The scorer for th: visiting team is to be seated between the Official timer and the official scorer. Before the Game: Provide opportunity for coaches to submit line-un at least two minutes before geme time. Do not permit changes in the line-up ‘until after a vlav = ss ensued unless there is sn injury or other emergency. Report to the Referee if the line-up is not submitted on time. As play is ebout to start check the five plavers who appear to be resdy to start and their numbers with the line-up in your book. Notify Referee if there is any discrepancy. It is not necessary for you to wait until he has tossed the ball.
