i have not received a final notice from your office
as to the date and location of the basketball meeting. I am
writing coaches and officials, but of course, I will be there
on Saturday, December 7, The Big~Six coaches meeting will be
early Sunday morning at 9:00, and the open meeting, or the Fifth
District NeCeheis meeting, will be at 11:00 Sumday morning in
the Hotel Continental, — | |

I have received letters from Hinkhouse, Ted O*Sullivan
and a great number of officials so i find it is necessary to set
the open meeting.for 11200 Sunday mornings i still trust that
you can be present for the BigeSix coaches mesting at 9:00. We
should certainly be able to finish our tusiness in two hours.

Sr ee . Perhaps you have sent the notice out and I failed to
receive it, but it is important that we do set a time, end further,
that we alse specify that a year hence and for other years we will
meet at the same time that the favulty representatives of the Bige
Siz meet. By specifying that sort of a date we will always know |
