Dear Doc:

Just received your letter of November 14th,
in which you feel it would be unwise to move up our
Basketball Interpretation Meeting to December lst. We
will, therefore, go ahead and plan on it for Sunday
morning, December 8th.

I will write Bruce Drake to this effect.
I'll make every effort to get to the meeting myself,
but if I can't make it, I will try to have someone from
here represent me. In any event, I'll get the minutes
of our last meeting and copies of our officiating
schedules to you.

I think you are right that we had better
specify that in the future we should not so arrange our
schedules that they conflict with this meeting.
