LITTLE, EMPORIA The Kansas College Athletic Conference @ November 15, 1939 Dr. Forest C. Allen Dept. of Physical Education University of Kansas Lawrence, Kansas Dear Dr. Allen: The Kansas College Athletic Conference expects to hold its annual meeting in Kansas City again this year. We have decided to meet in conjunction with the big six and Missouri Valley conferences. Will you kindly inform me aS to the date of their meeting and as to whether I am under the correct impression that the meeting will be held in the Hotel Kansas Citfe~ We have found that it is quite an advantage for coaches, directors, and faculty representatives of our conference to meet with the above organizations. There are so many valuable lectures and demonstrations in addition to personal contacts that enable our small group to receive much needed benefit. I personally recall with much pleasure the fine demonstzations and lectures you and others have given ann- ually on basketball. Assuring you of my appreciation for any information you may give me on the time and place of the meeting in Kansas City, I beg to remain, Sincerely yours, 0 ¢ Emil 0.
