Gentlemen:

The Missouri Valley Coaches and basketball
officials are meeting in Kansas City on December 8 and 9,
After talking with George Veenker, secretary of the Big
Six Conference, it looks as if the Big Six football coaches
and directors will also meet on these two dates.

Inasmuch as most of us will be busy with games
on either the Sth or the 9th, is it satisfactory with you
that we have our basketball interpretation meeting on
Sunday morning, December 10 at 10 o'clock? This, personally,
would suit both Dr. Allen and me,

As secretary of your group, will you kindly let
me know at your earliest convenience if Sunday morning,
December 10 at 10 o'clock is satisfactory with you so that
I can officially let you kmow if this is agreeable to
everybodye
