As chairman of the Fifth District of the
N.C.AsA., I am desirous of holding our annual basket»
ball Rules Interpretation meeting in Kansas City on
Sunday, December 10, at the Hotel Continental.

The Missouri Valley Conference coaches and
officials are meeting in Kansas City on December 8
and 9, and it leoks as if the Big Six Conference
coaches will meet on December 9 and 10.

The epen meeting is scheduled to start at
2 pete, December 10. I trust that you will find it
possible to attend this open meeting. I believe it

will be worth your whilee
