In accordance with instructions from John W. tewnds Rediving
President of the Lawrence Rotary Club, your auditing committee has
completed an audit of the financial records of the Treasurer of the
Lawrence Rotary Glub for the period July 1, 1942, to dune 3, 1943,
inclusive and submite the following report:

Receipts, disbursements and bank balance have been verified
and found in order as per the attached statement.

The following checks written prior to July 1, 1943, are still
