Dr. Homer K. Ebright, Baldwin, Kansas. Dear Governor Homer: We had a short meeting of the Board of Directors after today's Rotary Club meeting and discussed the things in your letter of January 8. We are going to have another meeting of the board Wednesday evening | at 7:30 at which all of these things will be taken up and I will immediately write you after Wedneaday's meeting . I assure you we will cooperate with you to. the limit in this and all that is necessary for you to do is indicate what you want and you will find us endeavor- ing to carry it out one hundred per cent not only to the letter but to the spirit. Ex-governor Scotty MacFarland was at olub today with Rev. Leroy Hughbanks, and I showed Scotty your letter and asked him for suggestions. He is going to write us here at Lawrence regarding his best suggestions for this meeting. I think it would be wise if you could write each one of the past district governors and ask re their advice and suggestions, But let us send ours in ss first and see what you think of them. , - With all good wishes to you, I am Rotari ly yours,
