Governor liomer Kingsley Bbright of our 123ra
District will pay his official visit on Monday, Nov-
eubex 8, and as is the custom each chairman is supposed
to present a written report of his comnittee's activi-~-
ties, plans and purposes. This report is to be filed
in duplicate.

r an writing Gevernor Ebright to find what time
he will arrive for the Rotary Assembly, but I presume
it will be about 10:30 in the morning. The chairmen are
supposed to be present to read their written reports.

Will you kindly be prepared to give the same
and be present in person? If you cannot be present,
have your report ready and have some member of your
committee make the report for you.
