19. Final Duties

In June the club funds should be audited
and an annual report on the status of
the club prepared, attention given by
the board and the club assembly to see
that the club’s affairs are in the best

possible condition to turn over to in
coming officers and new committees
At the last club meeting in June the
president should make his report to the
club and present the new officers.
