The 26 clubs which reported on
time averared 87.05 %.

HE. Will each president see that
a new secretary knows the rule
about the tenth, in case the old
secretary has gone to war or is
sick?

F, Oskaloosa led the district
with four 100% meetings and an
average of 98.94 %.

G. Baldwin is staging a contest
in the fopm of a football game.

H. If the secretaries will report
to us, we shall publish in the
Nov. Monthly Letter the number in
each club who have maintained 100%
records for the past year.

I. Blue Ravids reports a string
of 19 consecutive 100% meetings
in 1941. Seneca has had a run of
ten recently.
