We then drafted a couple of interested Rotary Anns to watch
the papers for eligible names - and they are constantly on the
job. We get the new enlistments and a lot of overlooked old ones
from their clippings.

Our file is kept in the Chamber of Commerce office where it
is available to anyone who wishes to use it, and it gets lots of
use. We do not allow the file to be used for any promotional or
advertising purposes.

We feel that this is a very fine project and it gives me
pleasure to tell you of it. If I can be of any further service,

please call on me.
