_ You are doing a swell job as chairman of
the Rotary birthday committee. But, Stevie, you
are appointing these lieutenants of yours and the
chairman is not doing his stuff. Comparatively
speaking, the general can do a job much superior
to any of his lieutenants.

the old man take over and present them with the
present and attendant courtesies?
