Governor Homer Kingsley Ebright of our 123rd
District will pay his official visit on Monday, Nov-
ember 8, and as is the custom each chairman is supposed
to present a written report of his committee's activi-

ties, plans and purposes. This report is to be filed
in duplicate.

I am writing Governor Ebright to find what time
he will arrive for the Rotary Assembly, but I presume
it will be about 10:30 in the morning. The chairmen
are supposed to be present to read their written ree
ports. While we depend on Margaret to put over the
program for the Rotaryann Committee, we count on you
to make a fulsome report.

Will you kindly be prepared ta give the same
and be present in person? If you cannot be present,
have your report ready and have some member of your
committee make the report for you.
