Dear Dr. Allen:

Excuse the long delay in answering your letter
of May 6. I have taken up the matter of having our proposed
basketball game transferred to Jeffersonvilles From the size
of the crowd that attended our Indiana game last year, they have
doubts about sufficient drawing power to warrent playing the
game in Jeffersonville.

- My. Shively, Alwmi secretary, and I are driving
to San Francisco next week and will be in Lawrence, Kansas on
Tuesday, June 7 at 8:30 aeme I should like to talk with you
about the game in order to cand to a definite conclusion. I
am sure that in this manner we will be able to arrive at some-
thing which will be at the best interest to both institutions.
