Dear Gene:

Yesterday at Rotary I announced that you
were perking up as I caught you moving around the house
on your way to the dinner table. I also told the
Rotarians that Corlett Cotton had called on you Saturday,
so doubtless you will hear from other members of Rotary
real soon.

We are hoping a good book will fill
some of your epare moments. Your wife is taking sare of
the spare tire around your waistline. I know, because I
amelled that good food when I was there yesterday.
