Dear Mr. Allen:

Received your letter in regard to the basket ball game

for next year. You asked what guarantee we could afford
to give you here. Our crowds down in this section are

not to compare with the crowds up there, and the guarantee
would be smaller. I would say about $100.00 to $150.00
would represent our net gate for the game, and we could
not afford to guarantee any more than that. In regard to
the game there the following year, we had not contemplated
a game in that section in 1939, but if we do decide to make
a trip, we would be glad to arrange a game with you at
that time.
