Dear Rotarian Frank, .

Dector Lyle 8. Powell just called me and it seems that there
has been a slight misunderstanding concerning the date that
he was to have for a International Rotary meeting here in Law-
rence. He was under the impression that the date of Deo. 1.
had been reserved for him, and since I spoke to him some time
before I contacted you about this date, I feel that we should
have his meeting at that time. :

I am very sorry about this mix-up and wonder if you would
choose ene of the other ‘dates which I mentioned before. These

are: Dec. 29, January 5, 26, February 2.

Hoping that one of these dates will be satisfactory for you
