received from Frank L. Brittain of
Kansas City, Missouri, which you will
find self-explanatory.

You will probably recall that Frank

is a past District Governor of the old
15th District. During the time he was
District Governor he was considered
more or less of a "pain in the neck"
but maybe you know him and maybe your
