Dear Jus,

John Andrews has suggested that I write you as Chairman of the
Inter-City Relations Committee of Rotary.

I wonder if it will not be possible for us to have one or two
inter-ocity groups here during the year? I know you had bad luck
with the golfers when you were rained out, too, wo have some fine
meetings about on us and I think it would pep it up if we could
have the out-siders a time or two. We have Frank Brittain on the.
29th of December who will speak on “Let's Save America's Business".
He is a very interesting speaker and we have had very fine reports
from Topeka and Chilicothe where he spoke. That, of course, is
after Christmas. |

Next Monday we have Rev. L.H. Griffith, Chairman of the Board of
County Commissioners, who will speak on “The Business of Douyas
County", and on December 1 Doctor Powell will speak. 4

Dolph Simons is going to have some very interesting movie views
soon. On December 8 Chancellor Malott is entertaining the Rotarians —
on the campus. On the 15th and 22nd are our Christmas meetings.

I am giving you these dates so that you may look about. Of course,
you are the boss, but we hope that you can bring in one or two of
these out-side groups. .
