I am very much interested in your letter of the
17th instant, and will be glad to present this idea of the “limit
line" to the Rules Camittee. As ahaimen of the Research Comittee
of this body, ee ee on ee

I do not believe that the Rules Committee will vote
on this, as they have never been willing to vote for a restricted area
on the floor around the basket. But I am going to present the idea to
them for their consideration, I oan see that it might have possibilities.
