I am enclosing a mimeographed copy of the letter
that I mailed out to the members of the basketball: squade
I thought some of the oe contained therein might
be of interest to youe/ lly chief motive in writing this
letter to the boys is to keep them interested in the spirit

Too many boys think that they will start training
when they get back to school, and if we show them that we are
_ interested intheir welfare and their success it is so much
easier to keep their interest definitely linked up with
intelligent livinge I thought you might like to see how we
encourage the boys to do a good job of traininge
