I am sure these meters may not be purchased at thig time, and I would hesitate to recommend them to you after our experience in trying to keep them in repair. In regard to the concrete construction of your courts, I am sure you that if you will get in touch with the Portland Cement Association, they will give you all of the necessary information and specifications.
