Thank you very much for your letter of March
27th telling me about Jimmie Sherman.

It has been our custom to invite a few of the
outstanding high school seniors to the Kansas Relays,
and to work out in the gymmesium in the morning with
our varsity basketball players. “e have extended such
an invitetion to Jimmie Sherman, and I trust that he
will find it possible to come. It will be a pleasure
to meet him and talk with him about his plans.
