Dear "Doc¥

Last week-end I was in Herington checking on the boys
I had my last year there. They were all sophomores
that year. We played for the League Championship in
our final game, but lost by two points. Since then
they have had two different coaches and naturally it
has made it pretty tough on them, but they have always
had a better than average team.

They are all seniors now and four of them are making
plans to go to College, and will probably choose between
K, U. and Manhattan. ‘Two of them are about 6'2" tall,
the other two are a little over 6'.

"Doc" if you would care to invite them up for the work-out
Saturday morming, April 19th. I am sure they would
appreciate the opportunity. I will arrange their stay

at the A. T. O. house all right. Their names are: Hugh
Haire, Bob Otis, Kenneth Vaughn, and Kenneth Grass. Any
of theses boys can be reached by addressing them at
Herington, Kansas.
