Someone has told we thet you will need work to
help defray your expenses through schools - -It will be a
pleasure for me to help youe

It has been our habit the pest few years to invite
outstanding seniors whe ere proficient in basketball to come
to the University on the morning of our Peleys, about 10:00
ofclock, and work out with our Versity basketball players in
Pobinson Gymnasium. It is rot necessary thet you bring any
athletic equinmente “se will check out equipment to you, and
you will have a lot of fun shooting goals and plaving informelly
from 10:00 to 11:30+¢

Our Varsity besketbell players will be dressed, and
will put on a few drills, but nothing elaborate. Cur vourpose
in having you here is te give you an opportunity te mect our
Varsity players and to heve a good time, followed by a shower —
baths Later we will heave a ticket for you for our Kansas
Relays in the afternoons

I trust thet you will be able to negotiate 2 ride
to Lawrence on that day, and that you will be able to assept
