This will acknowledge your very
kind letter of the 15th, and in reply wish to say that
it is rather difficult for me to understand how you
expected to have basketballs by the middle of July
when you did not ask for delivery wntil September lst.

It so happens that you are not the
one to judge my efficiency or inefficiency.

: Your basketballs have been ordered
and I see by the paper they have arrived which is
much sooner than you originally asked for delivery.
