Dear Dr. Allen:

I was pleased to receive your letter of February 24
and consider it a pleasure to tell you my intentions.

During the last three years T have been trying to
decide where to attend college. Upon receiving your letter of
information concerning my possibilities of obtaining work at
Kansas University I have become more interested in the University.
I am pleased to hear that Mr. Frank Mandevilie spoke to you ~
regarding me and I consider it thoughtful of him.

It is my present plan to attend the medical school
at Kansas University and it is toward that end I am working.
IT would like very much to continues my basketball participation
in college and it is with this in mind that I accept, with pleasure,
your invitation to come to the Kansas Relays on April 19.

Thank you for your kind letter, your invitation, and
for asking the registrar to senda me catalogues of the University.
