Our summer session closed soon after I received your letter and being in the midst of the closing of school hindered me somewhate Tt would not be possible for me to aid anyone in > avoiding tuition. However, if a boy could have a relative legally adopt him, naturally that individual would not have | to pay out-of-state tuition. I told Wilfred Thompson that there was one boy adopted here by ea lawyer, but they did not have my aid or cooperation, and I was merely telling hin ' what happened and not suggesting thet boys do such a thing unless it was the desire of the femily and the relatives.
