Hank Iba just called me this morning and he is greatly
exercised over the possible — to stations KOMA of Oklahoma
City and KVOO of Tulsa, Ae

Hank says that KVOO have been coming in to even these small
games at Stillwater and broadcasting all of them even at a loss,
Frankly, he doesn't want 2ither station charged anything because
they have built up his crowds until they had 8000 at the Oklahoma
Aggie-Oklahoma game at Stillwater,

Ernie, this is my recommendation, that we not charge ‘either
one of them anything on account of our public relations with
Hank. If we charged them $100.00 a piece, we would net but $100.00,
and that is chécken fee when Hank Iba's goodwill is seen.

. I told Hank, of course, if he got in the Western NCAA
play-off, then he would have to follow Reaves Peter's and the
committee's ruling, but for this game we two, Oklahoma Aggies
' and Kansas, oan mutually deside this.
