Dear Mre Quigley.

- Varsity basketball season this year has baen one of
changes. We have lost Gib Stramel, Gene Anderson, and Maurice Mar el 0 the
service. Dean Corder played until he graduated at the end of the
semesters Gus Daum also completed his first semester, but dropped utle
reenter school next falls I am recommending these men for letters. | |

Everette Hill, a Keman of last year, came in on year but! failed
in his studies at the end of the first semester, and so, of course, r an-
not recommend him for a letters :

not played in many games but they were estopped from doing that because they
were in the services Other men did not play in some games but took part in
very important assignments for championship and play-off games, Considering
the whole season very carefully and the play of the men, I recommend the
following men for letters and for gold basketballs, emblematic of the Big Six
