In order that the plan that we hope to operate may be as complete
as possible, I am asking you to add your personal touch to the
correspondence that will be carried on, if and when such is nece-
essary, in securing further definite and complete information on
a prospective student..eewhno is an athlete.

Mrse Johnson will place at your disposal any and all correspondence
we have with boys who will be indicated as "yours." You will take
care of correspondence addressed to these boys. The original letter
and information card will be on file here in my office and you will
retain a copy of letters sent out for your personal files.

When you contemplate a trip of any character, please contact me and a
1% might be that I would have some information on some boy that you .
might call upone )

Your co-operation in this matter, together with furnishing this
office with the names and data on any other boys that you might
know later, will be appreciated.

 

Let's not overlook a single bet -- and let's get a bang-up casé-
card system started on these boys even if many of them are now, or
