Dear Conger =

I knew I had something on my mind when I saw you in

Topeka a couple of weeks ago but forgot to tell you.

There is an excellent basketball center in the
little town of Glendale which is near Salinas I haven't a chance
of getting him so I just as well help the inbresatts of Kansas.
They tell me he is the best basketball player aroung Salina and
that came from fellows who know their basketball. Carl Thurlow
is one who ean tell you about this boy. He is a big fellow and

. I am sure Phog will not pass him up if he learms about the boy.
I rather think he will welcome the opportunity of going to the
University of Kansas. His last name is Beach, I can't give you

his first name and I understand he is a seniors

There is another fair prospect down in the Little town
of Winfield, Kansas by the name of Tuckere Hat Ha‘ Dare you to
get hime
