Dear Dr. Allen:-

I am enclosing a clipping concerning the boy
whom I telked to you about the evening of the
Washburn-KU basketball game. Heslet is a large
well built boy and weighed last summer 190 pounds.
He played tackle and did the punting for Seaman
last fall. He also plays baseball, being a catcher
in this sport. His people are poor and it will be
necessary for him to make his way thru college by
his own efforts.

I believe that you would find him a worth while
boy to help and appreciative of any favors shown
him.

Inthis list, a1] of the boys, who played in the
Jayhawk league are given, which would allow you
to also contact other boys. The Triump Jad at
Alms is a very good boy and he also graduates the
coming May.
