Enclosed please find transcripts of grades for Hyle Lowman
and John Siesseger, Jr., both of Clear Lake, together with letters
from Chris Johnston, Athletic Director of the Clear Lake Public
Schools.

You will recall when I was in Lawrence about a month ago, I
talked to you about these two boys, at which time you said you would
see to it that they obtained jobs if they entered the University this
fall, For your information will say both boys are employed by companies

, With which I am connected and both will have some money when they

hit Lawrence. The parents of both boys will help them to some extent.
However, as soon as I returned from Lawrence, I told both Hyle and
Johnny of my conversation with you, and, of course, they are counting on

the jobs.

f there is any further information I can give you regarding these

two splendid young men, do not hesitate to ask me and I will be very happy
to furnish same.
