I had to laugh at your reference to Leighton Housh. If you think
there is too much in his article, you should see what I DO cut out.
He certainly gets the snickersnee.

That Eastern Intercollegiate article that Keith speaks about maybe
is not much in Oklahoma but really does mean something in the
Ivy country, especially as the origin of the college game was

in that orb. I can't very well do anything about Ralph Morgan's
article. Ralph Is just saturated with basketball, and I should
as soon cut my arm off as cut Ralph's matter. You may think

you are a basketball bug--maybe Mrs Allen does--but Mrs Morgan
used to tell how Ralph postponed his wedding on account of some
plans of the U of P team that came up at the particylar time!

Did you ever meet Mrs Morgan? . She died a few months ago. She
was a very fine character, and they were very congenial. He has
a daughter,a young woman just of out BrynMawr, and his boy's
picture is in last year's book in the U of P team, of which he
was manager, a post that his father held years previously.

Privately, take a look at the Partner article, and let me know
what you think, If you are on the spot, send it back to me, but
get the box score details to make it look like something.

Coming back to the 4 pages of records. I had expected to get
the 5 pages into one this year. Sometimes we leave them out
altogether and print them separately for local circulation
around here; other times they fill out where we have left

space for material that does not come to hand. It all depends.

This certainly does string out. When 1 get a typewriter in front
of me, there is no stopping.
