Dear Coach:

 

About the only man who is really competent to

do those basketball reviews for you is a fellow
you might not like very well personally--Art
Edson, of the Daily O,lahoman sports staff.
However if you would ask him, I imagine Art would
be glad to do them. The Oklahoman sent him all
over the state to cover those particular leagues
last year, and he has all the statistics etc.

As alternate, but not nearly as well qualified,
I would suggest Porter Routh, publicity director
of Oklahoma 3aptist university, ooks Bick-
nell, sports editor of the Alva, Okla. Record.

I believe Bicknell would tackle the job with
more enthusiasm than anybody and his club, the
Alva Rengers(remember Bonnie Stewart, their old:
forward? I never saw a finer player than him)
were either first or second,
