Aim “rigine. te find out. if it is
possible for me to secure a basketball
to practice with this summer.

itm ideally located in a YMCA in

which there are fine gymnasium facilities
but no basketballs--excent pumpkins.
There are Several other fellows here in
the Y who have played or are playing
college basketball. One is an exception-
ally good player from Penn State. We

are rooming to-getner and would like

to practice together but have no ball.

I'm certainly getting my share of
exercise this summer. [I play from 18
to 36 holes of golf twice a week, go
Swimming every evening, play a lot of
tennis and badminton---and walk a mile
and a quarter to work.

T met Mr. Edwards and gave him
-your regards; I have not met the other
man yet.

I certainly hope that I ean do
the team some good this. fall, .T'1] have to
really concentrate on my game, but it

will really be worth while with all
