Dear "Doc":

I received your wire relative to the eligibilit
of Gerald Tucker. I called Dr. Bergman and he said that /this
is a matter for the faculty eligibility committee to decide
and that this committee of Dr. King, chairman, Professor Davis
and Dr. Bergman have all the facts in the case. He further
stated that pene is nothing for the athletic directors or
the basketball coaches to do in a case of this kind and that
the ruling will be made by the Faculty Elipibility Committee.)

If their ruling is adverse to Oklahoma, Oklahoma
has the right to appeal to the Faculty Representatives of the
"Big Six" Conference,
