Dear ite Wilbur:

In reply to your favor of the fifteenth instent, I am very
sure that you may count on the presence of the University of Kan-
sas basketball team at your hotel on March 1.

_ We ere to play at Ames, Towa on iiareh $ so we will stey
611 night in Lincoln and catch the train out next morning.

The date thet you mentioned in your letter of February 24
is not correct. I would suggest thet you call Ure Harold Browne
of the University of Nebraske or lite Lewlendowski and ask them
for a copy of the Big Six schedule for 1940-41. Then you may
write the other coaches for the correct dates.

I might say thet according to my schedule, Kansas State
plays et Lincoln on January 7; Oklahoma at Lincoln on January 15;
Missouri at Lincoln on January 20; Iowe State at Lincoln on Feb=
ruery 15 Kenses at Lincoln on March i.

I trust these dates are corfect. We will let you mow the
number of accomodations we desire at a little later dete.

Is it necessary that we make @ decision now?
