Following are points scored by members of the Big Six

in conference games, since inception of the conference:

It will be noted that from 1932 on, the number of points
scored per game has show steady increase. The “points per game" is the
sum of the points in a given game. For example, in the low year of
1932, the game with the least points was the Iowa State defeat of
iizinxmisicam Missouri, 18 to 15, for a total of - points. That same year,
the highest total points was 79 in the 46-32 victory of Oklahoma over
Nebraska. The other game of these opponents totalled 71 points, and the
Kansas 51-19 victory over Nebraska gave the third high total points of 70.

The average in 1938 was well above the Kansas-Nebraska high.

in the 27-18 victory of Missouri over Nebraska. On the other hand
there were several games with scores totalling near 100, with the

highest at 107 in the 55-52 victory of Oklahoma over Missouri.
