Dear Dr. Allen:

On the night of November 24 Marvin Sollenberger injured
his knee rebounding a ball off the backboard. It was the same
knee that he had trouble with in high school and junior college.

He was leaving for home the next day, on his vacation.
He has had treatments from different doctors and only one seemed
to make the proper adjustments to enable him to continue play.
He had confidence in this doctor and knew that by taking treat-
ments from him while he was home, that he would be able to play
upon returning, which he was.

To me, this seemed to be the practical thing and was
o.ke'd by me. Since he is a very valuable man to the team, I
consider this the correct decision to make.
