Committee did not pass on it because it was the business of the
Direotor of Athletics to either approve or disapprove a bill and
then send it on to the Finance Committee. Be that as it may, I
eam writing the letter to Gwinn Henry and sending a carbon copy
te each member of the Finance Committee as well as to the chair-
man of Che tomrd, Dr. Ea Wa Dads
